MY ORB EXPERIENCE

Orbs are an unexplained photographic phenomenon generally associated with ghost. But since it is unexplained it could be various things. Some think it is energy emitted by living humans. Some think it is EMF from power lines and electrical devices. It could be time travelers. The reason it is usually associated with ghost is because ghost hunters/trackers are the people that most often photograph them. They are photographed frequently around known haunted places that have also been checked (with a high reading) with an EMF meter. This meter is so sensitive that it can even pick up a persons electro/magnetic waves. Most people do not even realize that we emit them. They are much like the aura that is described in ancient text. The halo around biblical figures is supposed to represent the human aura. Therefore it also represents the electro/magnetic waves.

At the end of July 1993 Nikki and I hiked into the Kentucky Hills to do the performance art piece Millennium's End Ritual. This place is so obscure that I have stayed several times for three days and never seen another human. The Performance art piece consisted of a tetrahedron emitting light, a broken egg, a nude female and a dressed male, a sound made with a "fox horn" which is really a cow horn used to call fox hounds.. This area is the most spiritual place I have ever been. Below it is a pool of water and a stream and above the pool of water, high on a cliff is a life size naturally made statue of an Ancient Chinese Soldier that I call Lao Tzu the writer of the Tao Te Ching.. The area is surrounded by copperheads . I have killed two copperheads in the immediate area, one nearby, and seen more. I slept, and the stone where Nikki performed, was within ten feet of where I killed one. I have one of them in a jar of alcohol in my book case.

When we arrived at the site the campfire stones had these strange markings on them. We didn't know what they meant. Perhaps a Pagan would.

The photographs were taken (on a tripod) with an infrared flash at the camera and a dome slave flash at the source. What this means is that the infrared flash went to the other flash and set it off. The light source was inside the picture area. This was a style of mine that imitated Georges De La Tour, a 17th or so century painter.

Important to note that of my 50,000 or so photographs the orbs only showed up on these two sets of nudes. The ones of Nikki and the ones of Michelle and Diane. The ones of Michelle and Diane were taken in Dayton Ohio at the Front Street Studios (Image Coop) in 1992. The orb in these photographs only showed up associated with Diane and not Michelle. Diane was pregnant at the time. I did put in one of two of the six sided orbs in the Michelle and Diane photographs. All orbs of Nikki were the round type. I will also add that of the many nudes I have photographed there were no other orbs. Also of the many times I used the internal light source there were no other orbs.
