Performance Art - Amina's Dead but Alive

NOTES FOR 3 OCTOBER '05

A problem with the Amina performance is that it is too theatrical.  Meaning it works well in a theater but does not require the audience interaction that Performance Art allows.

The solution could be that the performer could use some of her dance time to go into the audience and give the leaves off her body and/or rub their hand with some of the liquid light.  The liquid light would probably be absorbed into the dress by now and would not rub.  But a practice experiment would tell.  Giving the audience something is also a Performance Art attribute.

The performer also could dance into the audience and ask some one to dance with her.  This may be awkward and impractical.
